Return & Exchange Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order.

At Fit Check by Mashura Basheer, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Exceptions for Exchange – Only with Unboxing Video

We offer exchange only in the case of:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product received

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

• Share a complete unboxing video of the parcel (from the moment of opening the sealed package until the product is fully revealed)

• The video must clearly show the issue with the item (wrong, defective, or damaged)

Note: Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.

Other Important Notes:

• No exchanges will be accepted for size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.

• Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• Please check the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order.
